Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Bihar and nearby states: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. Remote PIN codes and North-East locations may take up to 10 working days.

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 59 applies to orders below Rs. 799. Shipping is free on orders of Rs. 799 and above.

If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-ship at actual courier cost or issue a refund after deducting shipping.
